Nikki Alyssa Cope is a seasoned professional with over 5 years of experience in building, launching, and transforming tech-enabled products and businesses.

She holds a Master's degree from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management where she studied in the dual MBA/M.S. Design Innovation program, specializing in human-centered design, disruptive technology, and social impact.

Nikki is known for her expertise in new product development, human-centered design, growth and innovation strategy, GTM strategy, and as-a-Service business model transformation.

Her diverse interests include emerging tech, ethics in AI, inclusive design, DEI in tech, startups, fashion, food, music & dance, and world travel.

Throughout her career, she has held positions at reputable organizations such as Monitor Deloitte, Dipalo Ventures, Cravosity, and Deloitte Consulting, where she showcased her creativity, collaborative nature, adaptability, and thriving ability in high-pressure settings.

Nikki graduated Summa Cum Laude with a Bachelor's Degree in Finance and Marketing from Arizona State University's W. P. Carey School of Business.
