Nikitha Aithal is an accomplished professional with a diverse educational background and a wealth of experience in various organizations. She holds an MSc in International Business and a BA in International Relations and Spanish, both from the University of Leeds. Additionally, Nikitha pursued a Doctor of Philosophy in Political Science and Government at Victoria University of Wellington.

She previously worked as a Senior Project Support Specialist and Project Support Specialist in Private Equity at GLG (Gerson Lehrman Group), demonstrating her proficiency in project management and support.
