Nikita Ramanujam is a Bay Area native who is passionate about education. She is a highly educated individual who has completed a Master of Business Administration at Harvard Business School, a Master of Arts in Urban Education Policy & Administration at Loyola Marymount University, and has studied Learning and Organizational Change as well as French horn Performance at Northwestern University. Her professional background includes being a former Strategy Fellow at Education Pioneers, 4th Grade Teacher at Think College Now Elementary School, Oakland Corps Member at Teach For America, Management Consulting Senior Analyst at Accenture, Business Teacher at Shanti Bhavan Children's Project, and summer internships at Aon Risk Solutions, Towers Watson, Moneythink, and Harvard Business Publishing.

Nikita is interested in improving the education ecosystem outside of the classroom and wants to be part of an organization enhancing education for students of color. Her experience as a distance-learning teacher has given her a unique perspective on how to improve products and services for teachers and students. She will be an excellent addition to any team that shares her passion for education and improving outcomes for students.
