Nikhil Pawar

Nikhil Pawar is a highly experienced professional with over 10 years of expertise in developing educational programs and products focusing on mathematics, science, and computer science.

As the head of the curriculum division at Cuemath, Nikhil leads a team dedicated to creating a research-based K-10 math and coding learning program aimed at instilling a love for mathematics and coding in children.

Prior to his role at Cuemath, Nikhil served as the head of the natural sciences curriculum at HeyMath!, where he successfully launched a science product in approximately 150 public schools across two provinces in South Africa.

Nikhil Pawar holds a diverse educational background, including a MPhil in Educational Research (Science Education) from the University of Cambridge, an MSc in Space Sciences (Astronomy & Astrophysics) from Savitribai Phule Pune University, and a BSc in Physics from Fergusson College.

His academic journey also includes completing Grade 11 & 12 in Physics, Maths, Chemistry, and Biology at St Vincent's Jr College. During his time at the University of Cambridge, Nikhil focused on educational research and delved into various educational philosophies and systems, culminating in a research study on students' perceptions regarding the nature of science.
