Prior to his current role, he held leadership positions at reputable organizations like Rays Power Infra Private Limited as the Lead of eMobility, Zolt Energy as a Partner, Nuberg Engineering Ltd. as a Project Engineer, and Unichem Equipments Pvt. Ltd. as a Management Trainee focusing on projects.

Nikhil Bhatia also gained valuable industry experience through internships at Jaguar Land Rover and Bhushan Steel & Strips Ltd.
