Nikhar Ramchunder

Nikhar Ramchunder is an experienced engineer with a BSc in Mechatronics from the University of Cape Town. He has a strong background in blockchain systems and smart contract design, with expertise in scalable cloud infrastructure, software architecture, and SecOps. Nikhar previously worked at OVEX as the CTO and as a Blockchain Developer, and was also a Co-founder of the company. Prior to that, he gained experience as a Graduate Engineering Trainee at Toyota South Africa.
His educational journey includes studying at Thomas More College and pursuing a Bachelor of Engineering (BEng) in Mechatronics, Robotics, and Automation Engineering at the University of Cape Town, where he reached his 4th year of studies.
