Nika holds an impressive educational background, having studied at prestigious institutions such as Duke University and Harvard Business School. At Duke, she pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics and Political Science, honing her analytical and strategic thinking skills. Later, Nika furthered her education by pursuing a Master of Business Administration at Harvard Business School, solidifying her foundation in business management and strategy.

Throughout her career, Nika has demonstrated her commitment to making a positive difference in the world. She currently serves as an Investment Partner at Dorm Room Fund, where she actively seeks out and supports mission-driven startups. Prior to this, Nika worked in various roles that allowed her to leverage her expertise and passion for social impact. She contributed to the growth of Homeward and Psych Hub, holding positions in growth and partnerships, respectively. Nika also had the opportunity to make a meaningful impact as an Investor at Emerson Collective and as a Fellow at Civic Consulting Alliance. Before that, she gained valuable experience as a Senior Associate Consultant at Bain & Company.
