Niharika Srivastav

Niharika Srivastav is a customer-focused business and technology leader with over 22 years of experience in strategy, program & portfolio management, operations, sales, and marketing. She is also a radio host, speaker, emcee, and panel moderator.

Niharika is a passionate advocate for women in business and technology, serving as a mentor for women looking to re-enter the workforce and promoting STEM education. She is actively involved in the cricket community and holds a board position at the East Bay Youth Cricket Association.

With an extensive educational background, Niharika has studied Executive Leadership Development, Leadership, and Management at Stanford University Graduate School of Business. She also holds a Masters's degree in international Business, International Finance, Marketing, and Organizational Behavior from Delhi School of Economics, as well as a B.E. in Electrical Engineering from Delhi College of Engineering.

Throughout her career, Niharika has held prominent roles in various organizations, including Vice President - Strategic Partnerships at Women in Technology International (WITI), Founder & CEO at CyberEdx, Strategic Advisor at Planet 9, Inc., Director of Strategic Partnerships at WITI, and Senior Director of Sales at UST Global, among others.
