Nigel Hyde

Nigel Hyde is a seasoned financial professional and the CEO of Skylight IPV Limited, a company he co-founded in 2016. With a career spanning over three decades, Hyde has extensive experience in finance, particularly in pricing and risk systems. He began his career at Goldman Sachs, where he designed and implemented these systems before moving on to roles at GenRe Financial Products and Barclays Capital, where he traded interest rate and precious metal derivatives.

Hyde holds a Master's degree in Finance from London Business School and a Bachelor's degree in Physics from Loughborough University. He played a pivotal role at Totem Valuations, where he developed interest rate and FX services and later managed the global business after its acquisition by Markit in 2004. His leadership at Skylight IPV focuses on delivering Independent Price Verification (IPV) services tailored to the needs of the over-the-counter (OTC) derivative markets, emphasizing client responsiveness and innovative technology solutions.123
