Nigel Alston

Nigel Alston is a renowned speaker, coach, and Dale Carnegie trainer with extensive experience in leadership, management, employee relations, and community engagement. He excels at translating an organization's mission and core values into results-producing employee communications, media and community relations initiatives that drive growth and profitability. With a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Livingstone College, Nigel has honed his leadership skills while studying at the US Army War College. Nigel is a Sire Archon at Sigma Pi Phi (Gamma Kappa Boule) and formerly served as the Executive Director of the North Carolina Black Repertory Company and the NCBRC, where he was responsible for employee engagement through media relations, corporate contributions, and volunteer opportunities.
