He furthered his academic achievements by completing a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) in Economics at De Haagse Hogeschool / The Hague University of Applied Sciences.

Throughout his career, Niels has held various significant roles in prestigious organizations. He served as an Information Security Risk Manager at ABN AMRO Bank N.V. and has extensive experience as a Security, Privacy & Compliance Consultant at Ordina Technical Automation. He also worked as a Security & Privacy Consultant at Legrand Nederland B.V., KPN CTO Contract Management, and KPN NIO ICTM Applications ConsumerFixed, among others. Niels has served in roles like Senior Process Consultant, Process Manager, Product Owner, Business Implementation & Acceptance Manager, Project manager, and Implementation manager in different projects and teams, showcasing his versatility and adaptability to diverse environments.

With a background rich in experience across various sectors including banking, telecommunications, IT, and government, Niels van der Kwast brings a unique perspective and a wealth of knowledge to every project he engages in.
