Niels Craens

Niels Craens is a Senior Product Designer at Uber, based in Amsterdam, Netherlands. He has over 15 years of experience in user experience (UX) design, having worked with notable companies such as Google, Shell, ABN AMRO, and RTL. Craens specializes in building effective UX teams and creating high-quality designs grounded in thorough user research.

He holds a Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design from HKU, where he graduated with honors, and a Master's degree in Editorial Design from the Utrecht Graduate School of Visual Art and Design. In addition to his role at Uber, he has previously served as the Head of UX Design & Research at Zoover and FD Mediagroep.
