The Aspen Tech Policy Hub is a policy incubator, training a new generation of tech policy entrepreneurs. Modeled after tech incubators, they take tech experts, teach them the policy process through a fellowship program and encourage them to develop outside-the-box solutions to society’s problems. 

During the fellowship I partnered with California State and County governments on technology policy and transformation recommendations.

Led strategy and implementation of self-service portfolio servicing 400M+ customers and 30M+ SMBs. This includes looking at the end to end customer experience and touch points across chatbots, messaging, voice assistants, help center, IVR, community, resolution center, and other conversational interfaces. Success was an outcome of close collaboration across multiple teams on NLP, sentiment analysis, CDP, OCR, and dialogue systems.

Launched first chatbot for inbound sales and for potential merchants always able to ask questions and get connected with the right resource resulting in increase in revenue and merchant engagement
