Nidhi Raina

Nidhi Raina is the CEO and Founder of QUONSCIOUS, a platform dedicated to personal and professional transformation on a large scale.

With a background spanning over 20 years in the IT industry, Nidhi is a Business, Technology, People, and Purpose Enthusiast.

Previously, she held the position of Global Head of People and Culture Development at TCS and led Growth and Innovation in the APAC region for the Global Consulting Practice, serving as a Technology Consultant for Fortune 100 companies.

Beyond her corporate roles, Nidhi advised tech and educational startups, engaged in non-profit initiatives, worked on rural behavioral change programs, and explored the creative industry.

She is also a mindfulness practices teacher, author of two books - 'The New Age CEO' and 'The Quantum You', and has diverse experience in industries such as Banking, Telecom, Insurance, Media, and Retail.

In addition to her professional endeavors, Nidhi balances multiple roles including being a mother, painter, poet, blogger, interior decorator, textile designer, and fashion-forward spiritualist, emphasizing a passion for sharing knowledge and caring for others.

As a Guest Speaker, Nidhi has delivered talks at prestigious events and institutions like Club of Rome, INSEAD, Bombay Chamber of Commerce and Industries, and JBIMS Leadership 2020, covering topics such as People and Organizational Sustainability, Disrupting Career Trajectories, and United Nations SDGs.

Her educational background includes a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science from Marathwada Institute of Technology, certifications in leadership and general management from INSEAD, and participation in the INSEAD Leadership Program for Senior Indian Executives.
