Nidal Sleiman

Nidal Sleiman is an academic researcher and a PhD candidate in learning & leadership at the IOE-UCL, with a background as a teacher, principal, and teacher trainer.

His current research focuses on learning-centred leadership practice, leadership development, and social impact.

Nidal Sleiman holds a Ph.D. in Learning & Leadership from UCL Institute of Education, along with a Master of Science in Curriculum, Instruction, and Assessment from Walden University.

He also completed a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Public Administration from the American University of Beirut, a Diploma in Law Studies from the Lebanese University, and a Diploma in Educational Leadership & Management from Nottinghil College.

In terms of professional experience, Nidal Sleiman has worked as a Tutor for MA Education and International Development at UCL Institute of Education, as well as in roles such as PGTA at the Social Research Institute at UCL Institute of Education, Executive Advisory Board Member at Stochos in Sydney, Australia, School Director at Al Mahd International School, and Director of Education/Vice Principal at Borooq Independent School.
