Nicoline Lynge

Nicoline Lynge is a dedicated social worker with a strong ambition to make life easier for some of Denmark's most resilient young individuals. She focuses on those facing psychological and/or environmental challenges that hinder their ability to enjoy life to the fullest.

In her work, Nicoline has found that methods like motivational interviewing, narrative therapy, and mentalization are particularly effective in helping young people create more meaningful lives.

She believes that her qualities of patience, empathy, and resilience are crucial in working with vulnerable youth. Nicoline emphasizes the importance of parental cooperation in facilitating development for young individuals.

Her educational background includes a Cand.mag in journalism from SDU, a Bachelor's degree in Social Work from Professionshøjskolen Metropol, and studies in Marketing and Business from Niels Brock and CPH WEST respectively.

Nicoline has gained professional experience in various roles, including as a case manager at Københavns Kommune, as a therapeutic environmental worker at Hvidborg, and as a social worker at Bostedet Caroline Marie. She has also worked in diverse roles at organizations like Mariehjemmene, Basen.dk, Børns Vilkår, EVENTFORCE, Krogstenshave plejehjem, Benjamin Media, Pelikanen, and HM.
