Nicole Wee

Nicole Wee is a dedicated professional with a background in human resource engagement and outreach, sports business management, and family development.

Having studied at the National University of Singapore, Nicole has gained valuable skills and knowledge that she applies in her career.

Currently, Nicole serves as the Assistant Director for PME Engagement and U Associate at the National Trades Union Congress (NTUC), where she plays a key role in fostering partnerships and enhancing engagement initiatives.

Prior to her role at NTUC, Nicole held positions at the Institute for Human Resource Professionals (IHRP) as the Deputy Director for Engagement and Outreach, showcasing her expertise in human resources.

With her experience as the Assistant Director for various departments at NTUC, including U Startup, Banking & Finance, Creative, and the Family Development Unit, Nicole has demonstrated her versatility and ability to excel across different domains.

Previously, Nicole also served as a Senior Manager in Sports Business at the Singapore Sports Council, highlighting her diverse professional background.
