Nicole Stasick brings over 20 years of marketing, business, and talent development expertise to her role as Director of Operations at Risch Results, a strategic recruiting firm committed to identifying top talent for hard-to-fill positions. As the Lead Recruiter for Finance, Accounting & Marketing, Nicole employs her ability to read for talent beyond traditional resumes, identifying fit between a candidate and a company's culture, to bring on the best possible candidates for clients. Her professional experience is focused on helping companies grow their revenue, customer base and brand, and she regularly supports Risch Results’ clients throughout the entire hiring and onboarding process using her extensive knowledge of industry trends and best practices. A former Director at MarketVoice Group and Marketing Manager at Sprint, Nicole holds a Bachelor of Journalism, Public Relations from The University of Texas at Austin, and currently resides in Prosper with her husband and two children.
