Nicole Phelan is a seasoned marketing and communications professional with almost 20 years of experience working with over 30 brands ranging from global Fortune 500 companies to emerging tech startups.

Throughout her career, Nicole has been instrumental in guiding companies through significant growth phases, major acquisitions, mergers, and initial public offerings (IPOs).

In 2016, Nicole entered the Transportation Technology market by spearheading the launch of Otto, a trucking company later acquired by Uber. The same year, she transitioned to Luminar, where she played a key role in transitioning the company out of stealth mode and eventually served as Chief of Staff, contributing to its successful IPO in 2020.
