Nicki Perchik, founder and CEO of The NLP Group, is a highly accomplished and experienced professional in executive search and recruitment. With over a decade of experience in sales, she gained expertise in customized software solutions, HR, payroll, and benefits administration. Her passion for real estate led her to work with one of Chicago's leading developers, where she worked on a number of spec homes and renovated numerous condos. Today, Nicki is recognized for her exceptional results and high levels of service in matching highly qualified executives with leading companies. Nicki is a graduate of Indiana University Bloomington with a degree in Telecommunications and Sociology. She donates a portion of her fees to charitable organizations for at-risk and neglected children in Chicago. Her specialties include sales, marketing, HR, operations, and finance.
