Nicole O'Neal

Nicole O'Neal is a professional with over 20 years of experience in human services and healthcare leadership. She currently serves as the Senior Vice President of Adult Residential Services at Bancroft, a role she assumed after joining the organization in 2023 as Senior Vice President of Children's Residential and Autism Services. Her focus has been on growth and expanding access to services for individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities.12

Previously, Nicole held the position of Assistant Executive Director at Devereux New Jersey, where she oversaw operations, compliance, and organizational growth for services supporting over 500 individuals. She has also worked with other providers in Pennsylvania, including Intercommunity Action, Inc., and Community Service Alternatives. In 2017, she received the prestigious Leadership Award from the New Jersey Association of Community Providers for her contributions to the field.1

Nicole holds a bachelor's degree from Lock Haven University and an MBA with a concentration in Health and Medical Services Administration from Widener University. She has been actively involved in professional organizations like the American College of Healthcare Executives and has contributed to specialty projects at institutions such as Johns Hopkins Hospital and Riddle Hospital.1
