Nicole Morris

Nicole Morris, PsyD, is an experienced leadership development professional with over 18 years of experience in leadership assessment, development, and talent management.1 She currently serves as a Principal Consultant at Leadership Development Worldwide, LLC, based in Chicago, IL.1

Previously, Nicole was an Executive Consultant at The Vaya Group for 14 years, where she led their succession management practice and headed enterprise accounts.12 In this role, she worked closely with businesses of all sizes to assess and provide coaching support to emerging leaders, managers, and executives.2

Nicole specializes in succession management, executive selection/development assessment, and team effectiveness.1 She has developed custom leadership frameworks, assessment centers, high potential programs, and various workshops on topics such as development planning and behavioral interviewing.1

Nicole holds a Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) in Business Psychology from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology, as well as a Master's in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from the same institution.12 She completed her undergraduate degree in psychology at the University of Wisconsin-Madison.1
