Nicole Vermeer

Nicole McAllister Vermeer, M.A., MBA, is a highly experienced professional with over 20 years of expertise in board and leadership roles within mission-driven organizations.

Currently serving as the Senior Director of Advancement at the UCLA Ziman Center, she oversees the development, external affairs, fundraising, and strategic initiatives of the university-wide policy center.

Prior to UCLA, Nicole held key positions such as Vice President of Development at the Pacific Council on International Policy and Executive Director at the USC Lusk Center for Real Estate, where she secured substantial funding for research and education.

In addition to her corporate roles, Nicole is deeply involved in governance and philanthropy, serving on various boards and committees including Affordable Living for the Aging and the Los Angeles Mission.
