Nicole McAllister Vermeer, M.A., MBA, is a prominent figure in both family business governance and social impact initiatives. She is a third-generation member of the Vermeer family and currently serves as the Chair of the Gary Vermeer Family Council and a member of the Ownership Council Governance Committee at Vermeer Corporation, a global industrial manufacturing company with approximately $1 billion in annual sales. In her role, she has been instrumental in developing strategic plans and governance frameworks that support the family business's long-term objectives.1
In addition to her responsibilities at Vermeer Corporation, Nicole is the Vice Chair and Co-Founder of Social Capital Philanthropists, a crowdfunded grant-making collective based in Los Angeles.
