•	Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for multiple roles, from sourcing and screening candidates to conducting interviews and negotiating offers.
•	Maintain open position reports and track recruitment activity using the relevant boards.
•	Partner with the hiring managers to understand their talent needs and provide strategic guidance and solutions.
•	Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline and network of potential candidates using various channels and platforms.
•	Foster collaboration with Playtech's different countries' local HR teams and HR Business Partners actively and effectively.

•	Maintain compliance with policies and legal procedures with regard to all recruitment practices.
