Nicole Lipkin is a versatile professional with a diverse background in clinical psychology, executive coaching, business administration, criminal justice, psychology, and dance.

She holds a Psy.D. in Clinical Psychology from the Institute for Graduate Clinical Psychology at Widener University, an M.B.A. from Widener University, an MA in Criminal Justice from Widener University, a BA in Psychology and Dance from Skidmore College, and a CPC in Executive Coaching from the College of Executive Coaching.

Nicole is the CEO, Organizational Psychologist, International Speaker & Executive Coach at Equilibria Leadership Consulting, where she helps individuals and organizations achieve their full potential. Previously, she was the Founder & CEO of HeyKiddoApp, an Adjunct Faculty/Coach at the Center for Creative Leadership, and the Owner & Founder of Equilibria Psychological and Consultation Services.
