Nicole Laramee

Nicole Laramee is currently the Manager of Care Delivery Services within the Enterprise Strategy & Diversified Business Group at Blue Cross NC. In this role, she is responsible for overseeing the development and execution of strategic initiatives that enhance healthcare access and quality, particularly through partnerships with organizations like Alo Solutions. Her work focuses on expanding consumer access to affordable, high-quality care and includes managing strategic collaborations and advising functions within the organization.12

Laramee holds a Master of Public Health (MPH) in Global Health Policy and Administration from the University of Illinois Chicago and a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Biology from North Carolina State University. She has a strong background in public health policy, program management, and healthcare economics, with specific interests in behavioral health, chronic disease prevention, and health equity initiatives.2 Prior to her current position, she contributed to various strategic projects within Blue Cross NC, including the Made in NC initiative during the COVID-19 pandemic, and has experience working with organizations such as CCNC and RTI International.2
