Nicole E. Kenney is the founder and CEO of It Starts With Me, LLC, a purpose-driven consultancy specializing in empowering mission-driven companies with creative strategies to foster a more equitable society. With over 15 years of experience at the intersection of policy, communications, and programming, Nicole excels in advancing socio-economic justice through innovative strategies, storytelling, and thematic programming.
