Nicole pursued her Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in English Literature with a focus on British and Commonwealth literature from the University of California, Santa Cruz. She further enriched her academic journey by participating in a Study Abroad Program at the University of Kent, where she continued her exploration of English literature.

Prior to her university studies, Nicole completed her High School education with a focus on General Studies at Huntington Beach High School, setting a solid foundation for her future endeavors.

In terms of professional experience, Nicole has held various roles at Aya Healthcare, showcasing a progressive career path within the organization. She started as an Account Coordinator and steadily advanced to become a Senior Account Manager Team Lead and eventually a Senior Account Executive. Her tenure at Aya Healthcare demonstrates her commitment and expertise in account management and executive roles.

Before her time at Aya Healthcare, Nicole gained valuable experience in marketing and events. She worked as a Marketing & Tradeshow Assistant at Kettenbach, a Freelance Account Manager at Immersive Youth Marketing, and as a Jr. Accounts Intern at P3R Publicity. These roles provided her with a diverse skill set in marketing, account management, and publicity.

Nicole also honed her organizational and event coordination skills during her time as an Assistant Event Coordinator at Meadowlark Golf Club and as a PR & Events Intern at iris worldwide.
