Nicole Hedley

Nicole Hedley is a seasoned Founder and Engineer with a strong background in computer science. She holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Computer Science from Dartmouth College and has also studied at The Lawrenceville School.

Nicole has an impressive track record in various organizations, having held key positions such as Founder at Headstart, Director of Product Engineering, Senior Engineering Manager, Engineering Manager, and Product Engineer at Ribbon. She also served as the CTO at Dibs Technology, Inc. Prior to this, Nicole gained valuable experience as a Software Engineer II in Mobile at AppNexus, as well as in Growth Product roles at Pinterest. She started her professional journey as a Software Engineer Intern at both Pinterest, App.net, and Gilt Groupe, showcasing her dedication to continuous learning and growth in the tech industry.
