Nicole Halbeisen

Nicole Halbeisen is a highly accomplished professional with a Bachelor of Science in Applied Engineering Sciences from Michigan State University, where she excelled with a GPA of 3.9.

With a solid background in logistics and supply chain management, Nicole has held various key positions at General Mills, including Assistant Logistics Manager, Regional Replenishment Manager, Replenishment Project Lead, Supply Planner, and Brand Planner for Old El Paso & Muir Glen.

Prior to her roles at General Mills, Nicole gained valuable experience in lean manufacturing engineering through an internship at GE Healthcare and as a Lean Apprentice at MSU Demmer Center for Business Transformation.

Nicole's passion for education and mentoring is evident from her previous roles as an Undergraduate Teaching Assistant/Math Learning Center Tutor at Michigan State University and a Tutor at MSU Student Athlete Support Services.
