Nicole Flores is a seasoned creative professional with extensive experience in branding and design. She served as ECD/Creative Director at Hatch Design from November 2014 to October 2022, where she led the award-winning branding agency for nearly 8 years.1 During her tenure, she oversaw all creative work and contributed to new business efforts that resulted in year-over-year growth.1

Flores has worked across various industries, including fashion, retail, beauty, tech, pharma, food, and beverage, helping to launch, refresh, and reignite brands at different stages of their lifecycle.1
In addition to her agency work, Flores was a professor in the Graphic Design Department at the Academy of Art University from 2007 to 2014.1
As of November 2022, Nicole Flores co-founded Flock Creative with Kat Karpati, where she currently serves as Co-Founder and ECD.12
