Nicole Fajen

Nicole Fajen is a seasoned Division Manager with an extensive background in talent acquisition and psychological counseling. Over the past 8 years, she has used her counseling skills to develop tailored solutions for her clients and candidates. With a focus on building strong relationships, she has built a reputation as a reliable partner to her clients. Nicole's passion for helping others has driven her career in counseling, and it remains present in her work today.

Nicole's educational background includes a study abroad program at The Umbra Institute where she immersed herself in Italian culture and language. Additionally, she holds a Master of Arts and a Master of Education in Psychological Counseling from Columbia University's Teachers College, as well as a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and English from Muhlenberg College.

Nicole currently serves as Division Manager at Atrium Staffing, where she has worked in various roles, including Talent Director-Team Lead and Recruiter. Before joining Atrium Staffing, she worked as a Mental Health Counseling Intern at Long Island University and as a Student Caller-Phonathon at Muhlenberg College.
