Nicole's career highlights include being a former Bain generalist consultant, where she honed her skills in various strategic aspects. She holds a notable academic record, having studied Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering, as well as Biomedical/Medical Engineering at the University of the Witwatersrand.

In her professional journey, she has held key roles such as Founder and MD at Netric, Head of Commercial and COVID Special Projects at Discovery Health, and Executive Associate to the CMO at Discovery Limited.
