Nicole currently serves as the Director of Open Education at SPARC, where she continues to champion the cause of open education.

Previously, she held the position of Advocate at The Student PIRGs, showcasing her commitment to advocating for student rights and interests.

Her professional journey also includes a role as the Canvas Director at Fund for the Public Interest, highlighting her expertise in project management and organizational leadership.

Prior to that, Nicole Allen contributed her skills as an Organizer at WashPIRG, demonstrating her dedication to grassroots organizing and community engagement.

Additionally, she gathered valuable experience as a Field Manager at Fund for the Public Interest, showcasing her ability to oversee and lead teams effectively.

During her formative years, Nicole gained insights into the healthcare sector through an internship at Greenwich Hospital, broadening her understanding of various organizational dynamics.
