Nicolas Groffman

Nicolas Groffman is a seasoned lawyer with 16 years of experience practicing law in China, primarily in Shanghai and Beijing.

He is currently based in the UK, assisting companies with their operations in China and overseeing the international practice of HCR across the US, China, India, and Europe.

Nicolas holds a Bachelor's degree and a Master's Degree from the University of Cambridge, and has additional educational background from the College of Law Chester, Marlborough College, and St John's Marlborough.

With a wealth of experience in the legal field, Nicolas has held significant roles such as Head of International at Harrison Clark Rickerbys Ltd, Partner at DLA Piper, Partner at Mallesons Stephen Jaques, Solicitor at Denton Wilde Sapte, Associate at O'Melveny & Myers LLP, Trainee Solicitor at Simmons & Simmons, and Intern at Ernst and Young.

Outside of his professional life, Nicolas is a dedicated family man, being married and having two daughters.
