Nicola Montanari is a highly accomplished business leader and entrepreneur with significant experience in executive management, manufacturing, marketing, and sales. He holds a Master's Degree in Electronic Engineering from the University of Bologna and has completed various executive programs, including the Executive MBA in General Management from the Bologna Business School.

Nicola has held various leadership positions throughout his career. He is the current Co-Owner, President, and CEO of nimax spa, a company that specializes in the design and manufacturing of fixtures for the luxury industry. He has previously served on the Rome Chapter Board and Forum Officer at YPO Italia, a leadership organization for young executives.

Nicola has also been involved in several industrial associations, including Confindustria Emilia Area Centro, where he was a General Representative and Central Board Member. He has been the President of the Machinery & Metal Industry Sector / Mechanical Instruments at Unindustria Bologna and a Board Member at the Chamber of Commerce of Bologna Italy. Additionally, he has served as a Surveillance Committee Member at Fidindustria Emilia Romagna.

In his earlier career, Nicola worked as a Plant & Operations Manager at Dimac Srl (Cefla Group) and a Marketing & Project Manager at SAMP USA Inc. He has also held various sales and management roles at SAMP SpA.
