Nicola Hall is an accomplished professional with a strong educational background and extensive experience in change management, corporate engagement, internal communications, and creative roles.
She holds a Bachelor's degree from the University of Auckland and has furthered her expertise by completing Change Management Practitioner and Change Management Foundation Level certifications from APMG International. Additionally, Nicola attended Kristin School.
Nicola currently serves as the Change and Communications Lead at The Children's Society, where she plays a pivotal role in driving organizational change and enhancing communication strategies. Prior to this, she held the position of Head of Corporate Engagement at NEX, which was later acquired by the CME. Her previous experience also includes the role of Head of Internal Communications and Creative at ICAP.
