Nico Berardi
Nico Berardi, a global-minded investor and entrepreneur, brings a unique perspective to the world of venture capital. Hailing from Argentina, Nico began his career in non-profit leadership, helping drive TECHO to become the largest non-profit in Latin America. After a successful stint at Miami Angels, an angel investor network based out of Miami, Nico shifted his focus to venture capital, spending two years with Resolute Ventures before founding ANIMO Ventures.
Nico's academic pedigree is impressive, including a Full IB Diploma from St. Andrew's Scots School in Buenos Aires, a Bachelor's in Economics from Universidad Torcuato di Tella, and an MBA from the prestigious Harvard Business School. He is also a Kauffman Fellow, having completed the program in Class 20.
During his impressive career, Nico has served as a board member or observer for various startups, including Sage, Toolchain, Codi, Mighty, Mathison, Yay Lunch, SHIFT, Lev, Intello, and Syncari. He has also served in executive roles at TECHO, including CEO for the US and Director of Development in Argentina.
