Throughout his career, Niclas has worked with renowned clients such as Coca-Cola, Allianz, and Deutsche Vermögensberatung, contributing to the expansion of Fintory's agency business by growing the team from 4 to 25 members.

Niclas Ernst's professional journey includes founding Design at POLYGON, serving as the Design Lead at Fintory, freelancing as a Product Designer at KIAI GmbH & Co. KG, co-founding Change Digital, and holding positions as a Senior Product Designer at Fintory and as a Freelance Product Designer at DUNCKELFELD.
