Product Manager

Lead project manager supporting IT enterprise architecture for federal client. Actively removed obstacles blocking team progress, ensuring project was on schedule and within budget. Consulted with customer to define needs and issues, developed project plans, and created contract deliverables. Developed roadmaps and performed gap analysis to advance federal enterprise architecture maturity across the organization.

Served as product owner in Agile environment, managing product vision of user-facing web applications and advertising technologies, sequencing work for cross-functional Scrum team of five senior engineers, two QA analysts, and one designer.
