Nick Read

Nick Read is an experienced Chief Financial Officer with a rich background in the marketing, advertising, and services sectors, including law firms, spanning across three continents: North and Latin America (Mexico and Brazil) as well as the UK.

He is skilled in various areas such as Digital Strategy, Negotiation, Budgeting, Advertising, Transformation, and Management, with a strong track record in corporate finance, risk assurance, cost control, and team management in high-pressure environments.

With a proven history of working with both publicly quoted companies and start-ups, Nick has provided strategic counsel to CEOs of businesses at different scales, from regional to worldwide roles with revenues ranging from $1-2 million to $500 million. His experience includes involvement in over 20 acquisitions.

Nick holds a degree in FCA from the Chartered Accountant in England & Wales and has studied Financial Management, Finance, and Accounting at Portsmouth Polytechnic and Horndean Bilateral.
