Nick Peterson is an accomplished attorney specializing in criminal and civil investigations, government enforcement actions, and internal investigations.

With a strong background in defending clients in cases related to the False Claims Act (FCA), the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA), the Anti-Kickback Act (AKA), procurement fraud, healthcare fraud, and whistleblower allegations, Nick has represented major government contractors, nonprofit organizations, and companies across various sectors.

Nick Peterson pursued his Bachelor of Arts (BA) at Davidson College and later went on to obtain his Doctor of Law (JD) from the prestigious University of Virginia School of Law.

Currently serving as Of Counsel at Wiley Rein LLP, Nick brings a wealth of experience to the table. Prior to this role, he held positions as a Hazardous Materials Special Agent at the FAA and a Civil Aviation Security Special Agent at the TSA.
