Nick Pattison

Nick Pattison is a highly experienced financial services M&A advisor with a specialization in helping clients with operational and technology challenges arising from mergers and acquisitions. With a background in Experimental and Theoretical Physics from the University of Cambridge where he obtained his MA and MSci (both first-class), Pattison brings his analytical skills to his role as Director - FS Deals Consulting at PwC. His substantial experience leading pre-deal operations and technology due diligence engagements, as well as helping clients plan and execute complex carve-out and integration programmes make him a valuable asset to any organization. Prior to joining PwC, he served as a Principal Consultant at Microgen and Senior Manager at CHP Consulting.
