    Throughout his career, Nick Lench has held various key roles in prestigious organizations, including serving as the Executive Director of NATA - Nucleic Acid Therapy Accelerator, Co-Founder of Congenica, Co-founder and Scientific Director of ELITE MEDICINE LTD, COO/CSO at Congenica, and Director of the NE Thames Regional Genetics Service at Great Ormond Street Hospital for Children NHS Foundation Trust, among others.

    His professional journey also includes positions such as Founding CEO of London Genetics Ltd, Professor of Medical Genetics at Cardiff University, Director at Cardiff University, Programme Director of Discovery Genetics at Oxagen Ltd, Reader in Human Molecular Genetics at the University of Leeds, Lecturer in Molecular Genetics at Eastman Dental Hospital/Institute of Dental Surgery, University of London, Postdoctoral Research Fellow at the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill, and a PhD Student at Imperial College London. Additionally, he pursued his undergraduate studies at the University of Manchester.
