Nick Hinnerichs has a rich educational background, having studied Army ROTC, Military Science and Operations at The University of North Dakota, a Master of Science (MS) in Transportation at Iowa State University, and a B.S in Environmental GIS, also from The University of North Dakota.

With a varied professional career, Nick has worked in diverse roles and organizations. Currently, he serves as the Global Supply Lead (Indirect) at Tennant Company. Previously, he held key positions such as Consulting Partner at BSM Global Pty Ltd, Americas Regional Trade Lane Manager at Cargill, Logistics Buyer / Analyst at Polaris Industries, International Logistics Analyst at Polaris Industries, Operations and Maintenance Intern at Ruan Transport Corporation, Transportation Data Analyst at Iowa State University, GIS Technician II at Iowa State University, and Tank Mechanic E-4 with 3 years of service in the Army National Guard's Army Recruit Officer Training Corps.
