Nick Gregory is a seasoned Chief Marketing Officer with 30 years of experience in leading software providers across the UK, Europe, and North America. He has a proven track record in building high-performing teams that deliver high revenue growth through innovative and disruptive marketing programs. Nick's approach is strategic and supports business strategies with a focus on demand creation for products and services, brand reputation initiatives, and campaigns that energize employees to achieve more. He has vast experience in all marketing disciplines, including product marketing, demand marketing, digital media, social media, PR, content, martech, events, direct, and indirect channel marketing. Nick has been the CMO of IRIS Software Group since 2015, where he developed an award-winning marketing function, propelling the company to become the UK's largest privately-held software provider. He was a member of the executive team that successfully sold the business in 2017 for £1.3bn. Nick is excited to join BigChange in April as their chief marketing officer and work with CEO, Martin Port, to accelerate the growth and expansion of the business. When not working, Nick enjoys helping his wife on their house conversion project, being a taxi to their three teenage daughters, and walking their Pomsky dogs across the downs. He is also a sports nut and has been an international GB canoeist, qualified canoe instructor, sailing skipper, and mountain leader. He has mountain biked over the French Alps and sailed in the Caribbean. He is a Higher Education College, Henley at King James' College graduate, and has studied O-levels at Chiltern Edge and Computer Studies at Farnborough College of Technology.
