Nick Greenfield

Nick Greenfield is a prominent figure in the field of microbial genomics and bioinformatics. He served as the Head of Microbiome at Invitae, a leading genetics company, from February 2021 to January 2022.1

Founder and CEO of One Codex: Greenfield founded One Codex in March 2014, a data platform for applied microbial genomics that enables applications in clinical diagnostics, food safety, and biosecurity.13 He led the company as CEO for about 7 years until February 2021 when One Codex was acquired by Invitae.2
