Nick Giometti is a seasoned bond portfolio manager who transitioned into the venture capital space, bringing over 8 years of systematic investing expertise gained at BlackRock.
During his tenure at BlackRock, Nick managed a substantial portfolio exceeding $85 billion in assets under management, where he honed his skills in designing algorithms and creating workflow automation software to optimize risk management.
Currently, Nick is on the lookout for investment opportunities that align with the future of work, focusing on ventures that leverage the democratization of code.
His educational background includes a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a concentration in Business Administration and Management from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management, complemented by a Bachelor's degree in Economics and English from Dartmouth College, and additional studies at GoingVC.
Throughout his career, Nick has held various roles at esteemed organizations such as Benhamou Global Ventures, Fernbrook Capital Management LLC, Remote Coach, and BlackRock, where he ascended to the positions of Vice President in Global Fixed Income and Associate in Global Fixed Income.
