Nick Finck is a seasoned design & research leader with a rich background in the industry spanning over 20 years. He is dedicated to enhancing people's lives by creating impactful and well-crafted experiences. Currently, Nick offers consultancy and advisory services in design and research at Craft & Rigor in Seattle. Prior to this, he held prominent design & research leadership positions at renowned companies including Amazon Web Services, Facebook, Ubermind, Deloitte Digital, projekt202, and his own agency Blue Flavor.

Nick's influence in the design & research realm extends globally. He is a proficient public speaker, having delivered more than 102 talks across 10 different countries. Through mentoring, he has guided numerous professionals and individuals transitioning into design careers. In the past, Nick served as the publisher of Digital Web Magazine, an online publication catering to design & research professionals.
