Nick Ferderer is the Founder and Creative Director of Base Camp Studios LLC, located in Belltown, Seattle. He has over 12 years of experience in developing strategic visions for complex initiatives, leading diverse teams, and executing projects at scale. His studio serves as an artist collective, gallery space, and community center, currently housing fifteen artists across more than 6,000 square feet of creative space. Ferderer is also involved in renovating a larger space to accommodate 30-50 artists and immersive exhibition areas.1
Before establishing Base Camp Studios, Ferderer worked at Microsoft as a Business Architect, where he designed strategies to enhance the company's Modern Workplace initiatives. His previous roles include program management and strategic consulting for various organizations, demonstrating a strong background in business strategy and legislative advocacy.1
